AM in the PM is one of my favorite go-to dinner options. However, since I try to keep my meals as balanced as possible (30% Carbs, 30% Fat, 40% Protein) I can't always go to my local diner and order up a stack of pancakes. Which brings me to my newest and most adored find...Flap Jacked Protein Pancake Mix.
JUST ADD WATER. That is it! 180 calories per serving, 2.5g Fat, 28g Carbs, 7g Fiber, and a whopping 15g Protein. Incredible right? And the best part is- they actually taste GREAT with "no additives, no preservatives, and no artificial ANYTHING!"
I like to incorporate some berries or sliced bananas, and of course a drizzle of syrup.
